Úvod

Our cottage is located in the heart of the region which is called "Czech Canada" because of its nature beauty. There are many bikeways connecting Czech rep. and Austria.
This beautiful landscape offers you a wide range of activities, for example:
hiking, possibilities of visiting a ruin of the castle Landštejn, a baroque church in the village Klášter, a natural museum of fortesses from the Second World War or a ceramic shop in the village Maříž where you can make your own cup or a vase...
If you like trains and everything around railways you should buy a ticket for a ride on the narrow-gauge railroad with many romantic views leading from Jindřichův Hradec to Nová Bystřice and you should get off at the special station called Kapoun well-known due to Cimrmann (a famous czech theatre personality).
For those of you interested in history you should visit Pfaffenschlag - opened remains of a medieval settlement of Slovans.
And what about a fascinating renaissance square in Slavonice or six nature-instructive paths of Mr. Grasel crossing the Czech and Austrian borders?
The list would be very long so we will be very pleased when you come to visit us personally and you will see everything with yours own eyes...
Sporting activities

The proximity of the town called Nová Bystřice and others various sporting centres allow you to practise different sports.
There are many tennis courts, at least two horseback riding clubs, four golf playgrounds (on the both sides of the borders). You can hire volleyball courts, a fully automatic four-track playground of ninepins or a football playground.
The village Nový Vojířov (10 km far from our cottage) has built a shooting centre for all kinds of weapons.
The swimming pool is located in Jindřichův Hradec (approximately 25 km far from Klášter). Many lakes, ponds and water areas in surroundings are suitable for windsurfing.

Our cottage is welcomed to families with children, to a group of friends or to seniors.
